I Introduction
Nowadays, precision medicine is a hot issue, and establishing health archives seems the most important. Ximing Wang et al. described the significance of health records for community residents[1]-[3]. Yuan Luo et al. provided modeling clinical narrative text to analyze the health data precisely[4]. How to give an accurate diagnosis or a suggestion is more challenging for a virtual AI doctor, even an online doctor. On the other hand, people desire to look to the internet to solve everything, including health instruction. S Trent Rosenbloom et al. focused on how to send person-generated health and wellness data for health care[5]-[7]. Brian H Shirts et al. reported the state to display information in the electronic health record [8][9]. Nevertheless, the internet does not know everyone’s health details, especially one’s historical physical condition. If people are willing to submit their health data, like physical examination data each year, wearable device data of every critical time or historical health archive records to a data platform or an application. The platform can analyze these data personally and make a precise instruction to the person according to the data he/she submitted; then the instruction may make sense and be more significant. Informatization progress in medical institutions at all levels is significant, including hardware construction and software construction. Patrick et al. have studied this field abroad [10- 12], while Zhijing Zhao et al. discussed existing problems and solutions at home [13]-[15].
