I. Introduction
In 2022, MSMEs in Indonesia will enter a transformational recovery phase like before the Covid-19 pandemic. This preparation must be done by MSMEs so that they are able to face crises and changes in the future. There are 5 (five) adaptation foundations that support transformative recovery, namely ease of access to finance, market expansion, digitization, partnerships, data collection, and bureaucratic reform. One of the measures taken is to increase the number of MSMEs entering the digital ecosystem by 30% (20 million MSMEs are targeted to go digital). Currently, 16.9 million MSMEs have been on board the digital ecosystem, and the target in 2024 is 30 million MSMEs(https://kemenkopukm.go.id/). One of the means to digitize MSMEs is the marketplace. The MSMEs Marketplace is useful for marketing various products resulting from MSMEs and sales transactions. Over time, the number and types of MSMEs products marketed, the number of transactions carried out, and the number of users in the marketplace increased.
