I. Introduction
Optimizing the energy structure in the field of transportation is the top priority in the transformation from fossil energy system to renewable energy system. Electricity, as the carrier of wind energy, solar energy, biomass energy and other renewable clean energy, will become the direction of energy reform in the field of transportation. Therefore, promoting the development of electric vehicles (EVs) is an important measure to realize national energy security strategy and emission reduction policies. Many countries and regions have introduced a timetable for EVs to replace fuel vehicles. The Chinese government has also put forward the vision for the development of EVs in China, which is that by 2035, battery electric vehicles will become the mainstream of vehicles, and public vehicles will be fully electrified.
