I. Introduction
Known both for its value-added in the economies of countries its employability, its failures, and its poor reputation, the construction industry and its trades of Architecture Engineering Construction Owners Operators (AECOO) continues its efforts to make up for the missing years, to position itself in its vital place and to align itself with industrial transformations. This industry has become more complex [1], specialised [2], and under tremendous pressure to become more efficient and effective [3]. The constraints have multiplied since the COVID-19 pandemic, which will have a profound and lasting impact on all economies. Over time, several attempts have been made [4]. And several approaches have been adopted to improve the performance of construction projects, such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Lean Construction (LC) [5]. Except that these approaches have not yet attracted the interest of many countries and companies [6]–[8].
