I. Introduction
Driving simulators have been employed in many industrial applications, e.g. automotive, airline, military, sport, medical, and mining sectors [1] –[4]. Compared with utilising real vehicles, driving simulators offer numerous benefits, including [5] –[7]: (i) reproducibility, controllability, and standardisation; (ii) simple data collection; (iii) the possibility of confronting hazardous driving situations without putting users in danger physically, and (iv) opportunity for soliciting user feedback as it is easy to freeze, rest or reply to a scenario.
