I. Introduction
Seat belts are a Primary Restraint System (PRS) in a vehicle’s occupant safety dramatically preventing injuries, fatal or not, by obscuring the occupants from having contact with the dashboard or the windshield etc. Practice of the seat belt has reduced fatality rates to a significant amount in a thirty-year period and continues to this day to be mandatory in many countries [1] [2]. Being in every motorsport, with even more advanced mechanisms such as the six-point harnessing or used for on car child protection (five point) or even in flying transportation it has been clear stated that it can be crucial in a wide range of cases and in many levels of criticalness.
