I. Introduction
Modern society has more and more depended on the electronics and electrics, such as the wireless communication, grids, smart cities, e-Healthcare, Internet of Things (IoT), autonomous vehicles, etc.. The electromagnetic (EM) safety of these objectives has obtained the great attentions from the academics, governments and industries. Many test results have indicated that the electronic systems could be damaged by the exterior EM environments, such as HPM, EMP and IEMI [1]-[5]. Moreover, with the increasing of the working power level, the normal radiation of radars or communications also could threaten the nearby equipments [6],[7].
