I. Introduction
SEE test facilities all over the world in general are focused on low and medium heavy ion energies. The range of such ions in Si is from several tenths microns up to units of mm. Among the high-energy facilities, we can highlight NASA Space Radiation Laboratory station based on the Brookhaven national Laboratories (NSRL of BNL) accelerator (the typical ion is Au197 with an energy of 165 MeV/n) [1], [2].
