I. Introduction
With the enhancement of spacecraft information processing capabilities and inter-satellite and satellite-ground communication capabilities, the networked and systematic development of aerospace equipment has become an inevitable trend. Traditional discrete spacecraft and their application systems are undergoing improvements in the development of integration. At the same time, the application environment of spacecraft is increasingly complex. In addition to the traditional natural environment factors, the operational capability of the spacecraft is also restricted by the network environment where the spacecraft is located. Both nodes and links in the network may be disturbed by natural or man-made elements, which may also cause performance degradation and failure. When conducting research on the evaluation of joint information environment service capability (JIESC) of space-based network information system (SNIS), it is necessary to analyze and evaluate its comprehensive capabilities.
