I. Introduction
Intelligent traffic system (ITS) has received widespread attention, which is used to build stable automated vehicle systems, reduce fuel consumption, and improve traffic efficiency [1],[2]. The CV system has become one of the most important trends in the traffic control research field which give vehicles to communicate and collaborate with each other through a dedicated short-range communication network, driving safely and independently with a small inter-vehicle distance [3],[4]. In the CV control design, one special issue needs to be considered is string stability, which mainly solves the problem of tracking error propagation along the string of vehicles. Up to now, string stability has received significant research attention from different aspects [5],[6].
