I. Introduction
Since the reform and opening-up, China’s manufacturing industry has entered a new stage of vigorous development. By 2020, China has been crowned the world’s largest manufacturing country for 11 consecutive years, and now China has all the industrial categories listed in the United Nations Industrial Classification, so the title of "manufacturing superpower" is well deserved [1]. However, China is still facing various problems such as the overcapacity of low-end products and the undercapacity of mid- and high-end products. In terms of product quality and technology, China is still unable to reach a status comparable to those old manufacturing powerhouses such as the United States, Germany, Britain, and Japan [2]. Therefore, the need to improve the level of technology and quality of China’s manufacturing industry is imminent.
