I. Introduction
Driving fatigue is one of the leading causes of road traffic accidents. It refers to the physiological changes in drivers who have been driven for a long time, leading to low driving performance. According to the fatigue driving report released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in 2017, fatigue driving related to 2.5% of fatal traffic accidents and 2.4% of non-fatal traffic accidents were related to fatigue driving and 15% to 33% of fatal traffic accidents are related to fatigue driving [1]. The fatality rate and injury rate of traffic accidents involving fatigue driving are higher than those not involving fatigue driving [2]. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's awareness on traffic safety, identifying the driver's fatigued driving state has become critical.
