I. Introduction
For two decades, the failure of metal fatigue is the most common phenomenon [1]. Several engineering rotating parts suffer to this failure due to frequent mechanical stresses, as well as metallurgical or design reasons. The dangers of this failure could occur without warning, thus encouraging researchers to make a wider range of researches and studies [1]. The fatigue failure can be classified as a lower fatigue cycle (LCF) when the number is lower than (104) and applied stress is greater than material performance stress, and high-course fatigue (HCF) when the number of cycles is more than (104) and applied stress is lower than material yield stress [1], [2].
