I. Introduction
A level above the known methodology applied in Medicine uses successful techniques from the Nanotechnology. It is commonly called Nanomedicine [1]–[4]. The philosophy of it is the facing of problems in the nano level by the which it is expected that common diseases such as cancer, glaucoma, tumors, etc, can be surpassed through the weakness of neoplasia leading to its degradation and depletion in the short and middle term [5]. Clearly, Nanomedicine requires of a solid scheme to attack in an aggressive manner the tissue in its first phase. Thus, in according to recent progress, most of the novel implementations to deplete tumors has required to use nanoparticles.
