I. Introduction
Lymphoma or lymphatic cancer is indicated by the presence of abnormal cells proliferation in the lymphatic system. This cancer can be manifested in the lymph nodes and extranodal sites. The HL (Hodgkin lymphoma) mostly develops in the lymph nodes, while the NHL (Non-Hodgkin lymphoma) is often manifested in the extranodal sites, mostly gastrointestinal tract and head-neck region [1], [2]. A study by American Cancer Society shows that 5-year survival rate of lymphoma patients with localized cancer is 73%, yet it is dropped to 57% in patients with metastasized cancer [3]. Therefore, an early detection holds a crucial role for patients’ survival. The most-used method for this detection is IHC (immunohistochemistry) which target the desired cell using specific antigen [4].
