I. Introduction
About 71 per cent of the Earth's surface is water-covered, and the oceans hold approximately 96.5 per cent of all Earth's water [1]. Water is a basic need for every living thing. Understanding people's needs and acknowledging what they need are obligatory in developing a country. People will be angry and frustrated when they face issues that affect their lives. Recently, many people have complained about the consistency of receiving clean water in Selangor [2]. Some express their feelings on social media. The public is voicing their concerns so that these are acknowledged by the authorities. As the nation continues to develop, one issue that needs to be overcomed is the lack of clean water supply.
