Abstract:
Aiming at reducing the risks and improving shortcomings of battery relay\temperature protection and battery balancing level for energy storage power stations, a new high-reliability adaptive equalization battery management technology is proposed, which combines the advantages of active equalization and passive equalization. Firstly, the current common technical solutions for energy storage power stations are analyzed. Secondly, the functional principle of the technology is expounded from three aspects: optimization synchronous fly-back active equalization, optimized PWM adjustable off-chip discharge passive equalization and active-passive equalization adaptive switching. Finally, as is oriented by engineering, the implementation and field application of this technology in the BMS is introduced. This technology can improve the battery balancing efficiency of the energy storage power station, lower the fire risk caused by the balanced heat generation, and reduce the number of battery charging and discharging caused by the equalization function.
