I. Introduction
Taking care of patients or people with disabilities (the elderly, children, etc.) in any environment (home, outdoors, or anywhere else) is essential. These people with disabilities may have problems or disorders that require remote care. Due to the increasing number of people with disabilities and health costs, it is necessary to create systems that monitor users (usually patients) in different environments and send feedback about patient situation to them or other people if necessary. These systems can act as a complement to treatment staff or completely independent of them [1].
