I. Introduction
In human history, wind energy has been used for small-scale applications including water harvesting or grain and fabric mills. Wind energy can be turned into power, and the cost of producing wind energy has been lowered by 80% since the last century. Wind, which is a renewable energy option able of replacing fuel, is also environmentally friendly. The wind turbine is considered an efficient way to collect and generate wind power [1]. There are currently two main wind turbines, namely Savonius and Darrieus, with a vertical axis. The Savonius style turbine is a basic dragger machine [2]. The Darrieus style vertical wind turbine has aerodynamic blades that travel in the wind as they revolve around a shaft [3]. Using the aerodynamic lift produced by the change in pressure due to the shape of the blade is far more efficient than the utilizing drag [4].
