I. Introduction
Silicon photonics has been investigated in recent years to develop an interconnect feature on high capacity and low-cost applications as it becomes a bottleneck for the future computing and communication system [1]. Silicon based photonic components, for example silicon-on-insulator (SOI) waveguide has been ppresented, capable of large-scale photonic integration on a silicon chip. Moreover, with the progress of dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) technology, a number of optical carrier signals can be multiplexed into a single waveguide, at which it develops a secure, compact, high bandwidth and speed transmission using the silicon waveguide and devices [2], [3]. Each of the optical carrier signals are independent with each other as they have distinct wavelength, to enable it to be routed, switched and merged without any interferences [4], [5]. The evolution of the photonic DWDM system for the future communication and computing system has inspired research communities to involved in doing research in this area.
