I. Introduction
The future of power systems will be driven by information and communication technologies that enables a smarter, efficient, and resilient grid. However, these new technologies lead to the expense of increased vulnerabilities that potentially result in attack opportunities. Besides, traditional grids were never planned with cybersecurity in mind since cyberspace did not exist then [1]. Thus, it is of utmost importance for research studies to develop novel technologies and solutions to enhance the cyber-physical power system security.
