Various learning approaches have emerged and have been implemented to enable excellent learning experiences of students in past decades. One of the most important approaches applied in higher education is project-based learning [1], Project-based learning mainly focuses on the subjective role of students in learning, and is based on the constructivism theory and transforms traditional learning into innovative teaching by engaging students in projects [2], It is a learning approach designed and planned around projects based on challenging problems, and has been widely adopted as a student-driven and teacher-facilitated learning model [3], It enables students to develop their learning ability through cooperative exploration around the project and allows students to achieve the goal of learning by completing the project. Therefore, the students can learn to use what they have learned to finish projects based on complex and challenging problems in the real world and complete tasks that require deep thinking from practical application. A large number of research and studies carried out in schools have shown that project-based learning plays a crucial role in enhancing students' professional skills and comprehensive abilities [4].
