I. Introduction
Since the industrial era, massive greenhouse gases emitted have accelerated climate change remarkably. Climate change incurs a series of crises that will jeopardize the environment that human depends on as well as affect the well-being of all humankind. Therefore, mitigating climate change is recognized as a human consensus. Decarbonization is a promising countermeasure against climate change [1]. Specifically, in the power sector, coal-fired power plants are retired gradually to reduce carbon emissions [2]. As an alternative, renewable energy is employed in a large scale for power generation owing to its cleanness and inexhaustibility [3]. The core of renewable energy and its wide application lie in the rapid development of solar and wind energy conversion technologies.
