As an important navigation aid in the shipping industry, AIS has played a huge role in preventing ship collisions, coordinating maritime traffic management, and acquiring navigation mark information, which carries positive practical significance for ship navigation safety in navigable waters with dense ship flow [1]. As a navigation aid facility to secure safety, economy and navigation of ships, navigation mark also plays an important role in water transportation and marine resource development [2]. The application and popularization of AIS technology in navigation mark enables navigation mark to provide better navigation aid services for navigating ships, thereby avoiding possible navigation risks and achieving safer navigation.
