I. Introduction
P/PI/PID control laws are the commonly used control techniques over last few decades. Different kinds of adaptive control schemes such as gain scheduled adaptive controller, self-tuning controller and model reference adaptive controller are widely-used control-techniques for various types of systems whose parameters vary with respect to time [1]–[2]. The design plethora of deriving tuning methodologies for TA-PI control schemes on the basis of different performances have been discussed in the literature [2]–[3].
