I. Introduction
The current Internet is developed from ARPANET (Advanced Research Projects Agency Network) [1], which is composed of a few computers. At the very beginning, the main requirement of the Internet is forwarding data packets among the connected computers. Owing to the simplicity of original design principles and the usability of TCP/IP narrow-waist model, it’s easy to link new hosts and devices to the Internet. Up till now, the Internet has become a global network consisting of billions of users and connecting hundreds of countries and regions. The application of the Internet has gone beyond its original intention, from data to voice and video, from fixed business to mobile business, from human-oriented to everything-connected. The coming era of the Internet of Things and 5G has extremely given rise to the continuous expansion of the network scale and the emergence of new applications [2], such as Autonomous Driving, Virtual Reality, Motion Sensing Games and etc.
