I. Introduction
An epitome of a double helical protein that is constructed in most eukaryotic cells is Actin. The centre of attraction for researchers has been a self-polymerizing capability of actin protein. Actin can exhibit flawless trans- formational properties between Globular Actin (G-Actin) and Filamentous Actin (F-Actin). This transformation takes place in the existence of ions and essential actin stabilizing proteins [1]. Actin does take part in the intracellular signaling phenomena like quantum effects and signal transduction pathways [2]. Thus, it does its part as the process of biological data transportation and signaling ecosystem [3]. The actin automata are claimed to be made of Molecular signaling of Partitioned one- dimensional Quantum Cellular Automata (P1QCA) [4]. From the early 90s, The Cytoskeleton logic circuit design has been building with Microfilaments and Microtubules [5]. More literature has discussed related things of the cytoskeleton with double helix formation like Actin protein [6]. Actin is not only considered as a muscle-fiber or as thin fibers but also it is an essential piece of the cytoskeleton. Cytoskeleton is not only used to form cell structures, can also be used as the processor of cell data [6].
