I. Introduction
With the development of production capacities and the growth of cities and settlements, the schemes and structures of heat, gas, electric networks and information channels are constantly becoming more complicated. At the small enterprises or in small cities thermal networks as a rule represent dead-end two-pipe networks, in the big cities they are hierarchical, looped and branched systems. Design and testing of such systems is carried out on special stands, in which one of the main tasks is the task of comparing the newly designed network with some reliable test sample [1]. Representing the network as a graph, here we have to solve the problem of graph matching.
