I. Introduction
Image analysis has been an active research field generally and medicine partly since possibility to obtain histological [1], [2], roentgen [3] or other picture [4] that is resulted in the development of scientific computing program for obtaining adequate data for biomedical (and other) studies long time [5]. Automated image analysis methods are becoming more and more important to extract and quantify image features in microscopy-based biomedical studies and several commercial or open-source tools are available [6]. Systems of machine vision are hardware and software complexes for obtaining a video (both in the visible and in any other range, in particular, ultraviolet, infrared, X-ray, etc.).
