I. Introduction
Over the last few years, smart health applications have gained massive attention from both industry and academia. Accordingly, health care systems have significantly started the adoption of electronic health records (EHRs) [1]. According to [2], nearly 84% of hospitals have adopted at least a basic EHR system. The main goal of EHRs systems is to store detailed patients data such as demographic information, diagnoses, laboratory tests and results, prescriptions, radiological images, clinical notes, and more.
