I. Introduction
Epilepsy is a common neurological phenomenon prevalent throughout the world [1]. When a child or infant is diagnosed with epilepsy, stress and anxiety levels are but naturally high due to the sufferings one has to undergo thereby, considerably reducing the quality of life. [2], [3]. Patients having normal seizures are also subjected to high degree of possibility of unexpected and sudden deaths [4]. 30 to 40% of patients are resistant to treatments due to inadequate measures to control seizures [5]. Seizures are often inaccurately reported and classified [6]. This has inevitably resulted in numerous classifying techniques to automate the epilepsy seizure detection which have an improved degree of being more efficient and effective.
