I. Introduction
An Inkjet printing technique, which is being studied in recent years, is expected to bring more efficiency according to the fabrication cost and process than a conventional PCB fabrication technology. Figure 1 shows fabrication processes for the photolithography process of a conventional PCB fabrication technique and an inkjet printing technique proposed in this paper. The photolithography process known well as shown in Fig. 1, subdivided into five main procedures: Copper depositions on substrates through the reactive RF magnetron sputtering, the photo resist (PR) coating process, alignment and exposure, etching and PR developing. The photolithography process not only consumes many materials but also causes chemical contaminants during the fabrication process.
