I. Introduction
A mental illness is a condition that affects a person's thinking, feeling, or mood. Such conditions can also affect someone's ability to relate to others and function each day. Each person will have different experiences, even people with the same diagnosis. According to APA's 2017 Stress in America survey [14], nearly 3 out of 4 Americans experienced stress in the month of the survey's collection. Forty-five percent of those report lying awake at night, 36 percent report feeling nervous or anxious, 35 percent report irritability or anger, and 34 percent report fatigue due to stress.
