I. Introduction
Only the compulsory activities (from the curriculum) carried out at faculty and the individual study required for these activities, are not enough for students wishing to acquire new knowledge or skill, learn about cutting-edge research, have a greater chance of getting a job after graduation. That is why the involvement of students during the bachelor period and then as Master students (or PhD students) in additional study and research activities can develop their skills and competences of the profession they are preparing for, increasing their chances of engaging in their profession.
