The use of mathematical methods in weakly formalized area, such as descriptive geology, biology, medicine, sociology, etc., has led to the emergence of a large number of heuristic methods for studying algorithms. Such methods and algorithms are formed based on substantive principles and then recorded in the language accepted in mathematics. There is no mathematical substantiation of the proposed methods, and their verification is carried out by solving a sufficient number of control problems.
