I. INTRODUCTION
The attention in renewable source energy is growing quickly due to different reasons. In the last two decades, wind energy is taking the most important position due to its many benefits, such as cost-effectiveness, simple structure and efficiency [1]. With the remarkable growth in the technology of WECS, the work has been focusing at improving the performance of wind turbine, reducing its cost, increasing its lifetime, and investigating the advanced control strategies that improve the efficiency of wind turbine systems, taking into consideration the characteristics of WECS. However, the WECS is considered as an uncertain and complex system. The complexity comes from the nonlinear system dynamic, parameter uncertainties, external perturbations, and random nature of wind speed.
