I. Introduction
A local university in Neijiang Normal University strives to coordinate with the economic and social development of Neijiang, realize the coordinated development of the University and the local, and provide services for the local economic development. In recent years, in order to adapt to the new situation of economic and social development, with the vigorous development of e-commerce, on the one hand, the enterprise is seriously short of talents, on the other hand, the employment of e-commerce graduates is not ideal. In order to solve this talent dilemma and better serve the economic development of Neijiang and southwest regions. Since 2013, the university has begun to explore effective ways to train practical e-commerce talents in e-commerce, and actively started to resume e-commerce college enrollment (e-commerce college opened in 2000), apply for e-commerce undergraduate course. At the same time, it signed a school enterprise cooperation agreement with Amazon and JD Chengdu customer service center, focusing on order training, internship, employee training and experiment. In terms of office construction, the preparatory work was officially launched in the Amazon Neijiang customer service center.
