I. Introduction
The demand for effective detecting of maneuvering targets is increasing in radar society [1]–[4]. Coherent integration is commonly adopted to increase the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and, thus, improve the radar detection performance of maneuvering targets. However, target maneuvering will cause high-order range migration (RM) and Doppler frequency migration (DFM), which brings great challenges to coherent integration.
