I. Introduction
Absence epilepsy is an epileptic syndrome produced due to some abnormal brain activities. It is accompanied by sudden appearance of seizures which affects on consciousness of patients [1], [2]. Although the seizures are usually treated using drugs such as ethosuximide, the brain of some patients resists on such anti-epileptic drugs [3]. For this reason, the neuroscientists have tried to accurately find the origin of seizures in the brain to treat all patients suffering from absence epilepsy. Usually, animal models are employed to understand the process by which the absence seizures are generated.
