I. Introduction
VANET is a subset of Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET), which has become a rapidly emerging topic in the field of research. It is a kind of artificial intelligence integrated onto the vehicles which enables them to make rational decisions in cases of emergency or traffic. It is different from the MANET in terms of topology differences, the rapid dynamic movement of nodes and no power consumption limitation. The data communication in vehicular systems happen to exist in two ways, first one being Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V) communication where vehicles communicate directly if the vehicles are in communication range of each other and the other one is Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) communication where message transfer is between vehicles and the RoadSide Units (RSUs) equipped with On Board Units (OBU) onto the fixed infrastructures [1].
