I. Introduction
Every year there are many fires worldwide, in which human deaths and injuries, great material damage and negative environmental impact happen. Causes of the fires are usually connected with problems with electrical equipment [1]. So, it is important to improve reliability of the equipment and general fire safety of the buildings. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to eliminate risks of fires, and therefore requirement in fast and save evacuation must be considered during building construction and upkeep. As soon as possibility of such evacuation quite difficult to check during natural experiment, the problem of creation of combined model of fire and evacuation arises.
