I. Introduction
Cold chain distribution system designed to ensure an ideal storage and transportation conditions for the product which has short shelf-life. The structures of this system tend to vary depending on products and customers in particular region. However, a complete cold chain system encompasses post-harvest freezing, cold warehousing, retails or stores, and refrigerated modes[1]. Recently, the cold chain has a crucial part within the supply chain and logistics system as a whole to keep the shelf-life product in excellent condition from distribution centre to the ultimate destination points. The major product in cold chain is perishable which its quality and added value risk to be perturbed along a certain time frame. Any changes in its travel time and temperature coerce the probability of perturbation increase incrementally.
