I. Introduction
Up-to-date mobile cyber-physical systems (CPSs) represent a very important class combination of computing and phyfisical systems [1]–[3], widely used in automobiles, mobile devices implanted to humans and animals, mobile robots, etc. The market growth is currently forecast at 30% per year, for years 2013–2020 (Gartner, Oct. 2014). This is due to the growing demand for integrated processing (with low energy consumption) in communications technologies and for sensors for mobile CPSs: smart technologies in automobile transportation, wireless communications, and portable devices. The demand keeps growing by 65% a year, and in 2020 it is likely to be at $41 billion (Soreon Research, Oct. 2014).
