I. Introduction
To satisfy the demand of multifunction, the identical platform requires more equipments to communicate, reconnoiter, command, etc. Nevertheless, it will increase energy cost, gain weight, enlarge size, decrease the performance of system, complicate operation, and introduce serious electromagnetic interference among different devices. To solve the problem the advanced multifunction radio frequency concept (AMRFC) is proposed in [1]. On the other hand, with the development of transportation system, many enterprises and companies are putting their efforts into the intelligent transportation system (ITS) [2]. It is imperative for the ITS to employ the radar and communication devices to reconnoiter the circumstance and transmit/receive information, respectively. The integration of radar and communication will promote the advance of ITS.
