I. Introduction
Electronic systems have gained wide acceptance in power technology over a wide variety of applications. Power electronics circuits are essential for efficient aircraft applications such as control, navigation, and communications. Using power electronics switch-circuits for generating electricity and electric drives and increasing the efficiency of power devices, help to develop new concepts of vehicular systems with high quality, efficiency and reliability of their performance [1]. Electric drives offer benefits like efficiency or reliability for energy management in vehicular systems. Therefore, developments of power electronics and electric drives for aircraft are growing rapidly [1], [2], which include commercial aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVS), and space vehicles
