I. Introduction
In recent years, mobile communication (e.g., a cell-phone and wireless LAN), and a great variety of services in broadcast systems such as the digital TV have been spreading. So, realization of the Software Defined Radio (SDR), which can support various radio methods with the same hardware, is expected. “Digital RF architecture” proposed by [1] applies discrete time processing technique that can follow CMOS scaling, and operate using low supply voltage. For the flexible circuit architecture, it can be easily applied for SDR. [2] has demonstrated the feasibility of maximally reducing the analog circuit content of radio receiver, and uses an all-digital A/D converter [3], [4] with high dynamic range. In this paper, using four parallel differential-TAD blocks for high dynamic range, RF-signal demodulated results (constellation and EVM) of 20MHz bandwidth RF signal are presented.
