I. Introduction
The information system is one of the pillars of organizational performance, overcoming its role as a tool to become a lever to gain a competitive advantage and exceeding its definition of computer system by integrating the organizational and human components, in order to align the constant changes faced by organizations. It is defined as “the part of the real that consists of information organized information and actors who act on that information or from that information, according to an objective process management and using information technology.” [1]
