I. Introduction (Heading 1)
Unlike distributed grid-connected wind power that is common in Europe, many large-scale centralized wind farms are set up in remote areas with abundant wind resources in both China and the United States, thus restricted by the location and line corridors, concentrated connected to the grid is often adopted in form of wind farm clusters. Since wind power is primary energy with features of low energy density, large fluctuations and cannot be directly stored, the accident rate in wind power concentrated area is much higher than that of the conventional thermal power grid area[1].
