I. Introduction
Visible light communication (VLC) light emitting devices (LED) are of significant interest due to their security for data communication and high speeds. White LED lights feature high-speed modulation characteristics, enabling the device to simultaneously provide lighting and display to achieve additional functions such as internet communication. The use of white LEDs as a visible light source provides two primary benefits: luminous efficiency and response rate. In addition, improvements have recently been made to the transmission rates for white LED devices [1].
