I. Introduction
Owing to the progress of technology, more and more electronic devices have become readily available and affordable. The application of these electronic devices ranges from military to daily activities. To achieve smart living, sensors are placed in the living spaces of a smart home/automated house. How elaborate the functions of the sensors are, affects how smooth the experience is. The operation of intelligent cell phones becoming very convenient via the technology of touch penal is also an example. Indeed, these kinds of cell phones act as the human-based operation by using many various sensors and could be taken as a representation of smart living. In 2006, the Japanese company Nintendo has carried out a new type of game device called Wii handheld controller. It allows people to operate the game with more intuition and convenience. It also indicates the important role played by human-computer interaction in smart living.
